Shipping & Return

We only ship domestically within the Continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii using FedEx, USPS or UPS. At this time we do not ship outside the United States.

Shipment processing time

We ship 5 days a week (M-F). Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will ship out the following Monday. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are based on the shipping address. When you make a purchase on our official webstore, the shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The time it takes to receive your order depends on your shipping address. It usually takes 2-3 business days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. Please always submit a valid street address for your shipment.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Sales Taxes

Your purchase includes sales tax as required by law. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend on the destination of the shipment.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Infant Optics. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from us, you may return the item for refund (if applicable) or replacement. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. For purchases not made directly through our official webstore, please contact resellers for returns.

To be eligible for a return, you must send us an email at info@infantoptics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to facilitate the return process.


Refunds (if applicable)
Refund is only applicable to item(s) purchased directly through our official webstore. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@infantoptics.com to obtain instructions.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Infant Optics Limited Warranty

Infant Optics warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from our official webstore or a Infant Optics authorized seller. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. The warranty is valid from the date of retail purchase for a period of 1 year.

In the case of a covered warranty defect, we may elect to replace the entire unit, at no extra cost to you, with the same model or a similar model rather than repair it.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.

For warranty service on covered defects during the warranty period, promptly contact Infant Optics using our toll free number 1-800-291-0195 or email us at info@infantoptics.com. Prior to providing warranty service, Infant Optics would require you to provide proof of purchase details, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice.

This limited warranty does not cover shipping costs for the return of products to Infant Optics for replacement.

This limited warranty is only covered for purchases made and used within the USA. Infant Optics is not responsible for any warranty claims made on products sold or used outside the USA.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOWEVER, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY INFANT OPTICS. INFANT OPTICS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT), AND INFANT OPTICS’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
